Description: From its junction with Radford Road (A611). The Clinton Arms fronts on to Radford Road and Eland Street. On the left edge is Zulu Road. Centre is Springfield Street and in the background is Liddington Street. The cafe which in latter years became a take away was the scene of a murder in the 1980's the body was stored in an outside toilet and was only discovered when the postmaster next door complained about the 'smelling drains'. The corner shop nearest camera used to be 'Les Banham Barbers', apparently, no matter what style you asked for you came out with short back and sides! The owners son played for Nottingham Forest and the shop walls were covered in pictures of him.
