Description: Built by local architect, Thomas Chambers Hine (father of George Thomas Hine who later built Mapperley Hospital 'Borough Lunatic Asylum'). The Coppice Hospital was originally a private hospital built in 1857-1859. It was closed in 1986 and converted to flats.
