Looking north east towards Bulwell Common with St Albans Road running across the top of the picture. The crescent shaped road is Tollerton Green. Highbury Road runs across the centre lower portion of the picture. The railway line which runs across the bottom right is the old London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) line, just west of Basford North Station. Highbury Avenue is at the bottom left of the picture. At the top right of this picture the Last Main Line (GCR) can be made out running left to right and under the bridge facing, this is the line linking each of the railway lines.
