Description: This view of Mount Vernon Lodge (no.6) was taken from the garden of the ASTMS offices. On the right is Arboretum Street from which there is access to the rear. In the left background is part of the Boys High School. Mount Vernon Lodge has been used for sometime as a Senior Citizens residence -at the time of the photograph it was due to close as such, and re-open as a centre for handicapped children.
