Description:
Frank Miles (1852–1891) was the son of Rev. Robert Miles, the Rector of Bingham and a well-known artist and friend of Oscar Wilde. He was famous for painting portraits of society ladies, notably Lillie Langtry and others, and was also reputed to be 'Jack the Ripper'.
