Description: A new office development at the junction of Derby Road, Toll House Hill and Wollaton Street in the city centre. The scheme is for 212,000 square ft of office space in two inter-connected blocks. An archway bridge links the blocks, which is meant to represent a modern version of a medieval gateway into the city. Showing Chapel Bar (left) and Maid Marian Way (right) in the background, and the dome of the Council House, built in 1927-9 by Cecil T Howitt in the Old Market Square, in the background.
