Description: Looking south west showing the Fox and Grapes pub and St Mary's Church tower in the background. St. Mary's is the oldest religious foundation in Nottingham, the current church is the third on the site. Building work commenced around 1377, the nave was completed in 1475 and the tower shortly afterwards. The junction with Manvers Street can be seen in the left foreground. The building in the centre is Sneinton Wholesale Market.
