Description: Basford Flats were between David Lane and Mill street to the NW, and Cowley Street, Lincoln Street and Percy Street to the south and east. All were demolished in 1985. Looking from the junction of Stockhill Lane and Cowley Street, with the Lord Nelson Inn in the foreground.
