Looking north-west towards Woodborough Road. The school was later demolished.

Picture the Past website contributor Terry Sleaford adds: 'In this view some of the new St Anns housing can be seen behind the building on Woodborough Road and there's an empty plot (beyond the junction with Wellington Street) where the terraced housing on Shelton Street has been demolished'.
