Description: This view was taken from the corner of High Street with Victoria Street to the left, Bridlesmith Gate centre right and Poultry bottom right. The policeman is standing at the end of Bottle Lane. The architect was T C Hine (1868) - T C Hine's office was built in the gap to the left of the County Club in 1871.
