Description: Exception Rainfall for September to November 2000 was the highest since records began in 1766. This lead to widespread flooding which was experienced in most regions across the UK at some time or another during the autumn and early winter of 2000 through to January of 2001. This picture shows flooded meadows at Lady Bay, on the West Bridgford side of the river, showing the former Turney's Leather Works, Nottingham Forest Football Club and Trent Bridge.
