Description: Demolition of numbers 35 - 41. These were the bay-windowed section of the terrace named, 'Ferndale Villas' which was engraved on the window sill of the window over the extrance to the rear. On the right are numbers 43 - 59 called 'Ethel Cottages' and on the left are numbers 21 - 33 called 'Burgass Cottages' named after the brickmaker.
