Description: In 1903 North Street was renamed Forman Street, after the founder of the Evening Post. Forman Street is now a pedestrianised street full of cafes, bars and restaurants with outdoor seating. Looking west, the white building across the end of the street is part of the Royal Centre, housing the Theatre Royal and the Concert Hall. The Evening Post building was demolished and replaced with a new-build purpose-built entertainment complex called The Corner House which opened in 2001.
