Website contributor Christopher Lord states that: 'This is the Rutland Road spur to Radcliffe Road, across the canal, to the left is Radcliffe Road, crossing to meet Mabel Grove.To the right is the main part of Rutland Rd. Lady Bay Road runs off Rutland Road, not Radcliffe Road.'
