This is the very top of Alfred St North, just before its junction with Huntingdon St/Mansfield Rd near the bottom of Elm Avenue. The houses shown are actually on St Anns Hill Road and front onto Elm Avenue. They are still standing today (2014). (Additional information very kindly supplied by Terry Sleaford).
