Description:
Mansfield Woodhouse station is on what is today known as the Robin Hood Line, originally constructed by the Midland Railway and opened between Mansfield and Worksop in 1875. This view is looking north with Class 150 150109 in the Up (southbound) platform with a train for Nottingham. The trainshed on the right was converted from the original goods shed and covers a bay platform intended for terminating trains.
