Description:
One of the windows lighting the south aisle, which is integral with the nave, there being no arcade division. The window with its carvings of female figures as capitals beneath the arch is thought to be of 14th or 15th century date, although the building was extensively restored in the 1860s. As a place of worship the church was declared redundant in 1993 and subsequently converted into a dwelling.
The dedication of this church is confusing: 19th century trade directories and Ordnance Survey maps up to the 1980s all name it as St Oswald's, but other sources call it St Leonard's.
