Description:

Taken from an engraving published in The Gentleman's Magazine, January 1814 (Plate II, p17). This shows the church with a spire and no roof over the nave. Looking south-west. Although date 1795, the steeple must be an artistic re-creation as it had collapsed three years earlier, taking the roof of the nave with it.
